„Sometimes the enticement of the evil inclination is to become immersed in reproofs toward everyone, and this is nothing but a bad heart.”From Middot HaRe'iyah, Tochachah

We all want a more repaired and better world, and alongside this we all have hard sides in the face of reality. When we direct the desire to repair the world inward — everyone benefits. We become better and the whole world is repaired. But when we reproach other people, we must think again and again about the motive that causes us to do so. Is it truly the repair of the world, or at times the destruction of the person we are reproaching?
