To Believe and See the Good
„The exodus from Egypt will plant, even on this very day in our exile, the fruit of hope, faith, and trust.”From Olat Re'iyah, Lachma Anya
When we were in exile, we read the Haggadah with longing eyes. We knew that our situation was hard, and despite this we lifted our heads because of a future redemption, a hope that things would yet be good. Today, after we have returned to our land, when the might of Israel in matter and in spirit is stronger than ever, the fruit of hope, faith, and trust should be truly before our eyes. And the more we know how to hope for the good, so too will it be good here.
