Truth

Man was created upright, so Kohelet teaches, yet over time he devises many calculations that cover him layer upon layer and distance him from the simple truth planted within him from birth. The return to sound reason is an inner movement of return to that primordial uprightness, to the capacity to sense truth and good out of a natural understanding that is not distorted by fears, desires, or biases. It is a vision that connects real life here and now with the deep dimension of eternity. When our point of departure toward reality rests upon a foundation of truth, the growth that rises out of us becomes more stable, cleaner, and healthier. Sound reason becomes a living, fruitful seedbed for a life of uprightness, clarity, and inner truth.
