28 October 2013 · A sentence from the teachings of Rav Kook

„...and most of the seats in the synagogue were already taken. Suddenl…”

„...and most of the seats in the synagogue were already taken. Suddenly he came inside. He strode unhurriedly along the benches and sat down next to his father. I knew him. Boaz, they call him. Fifteen years old, studying in the grade below me in the high-school yeshiva. Even someone who was not especially sharp-eyed could not have missed what passed over the father at that moment. He looked at the clock, which showed thirty-five minutes (!) into the start of the prayer, and at his indifferent son, alternately, and his face began to redden.”

God willing, in the coming period, I will try to study together with you, from the Rav's writings, how one prays.

I would be very glad to hear your opinion on any matter, and of course additional views and additional teachings.
