To Overcome the Obstacles

„That one is sometimes sunk in great obstacles, whether in matters between a person and God, or in matters between a person and his fellow, will not hinder the spiritual repentance at all. And since one seeks to return to God – one returns.”From Orot HaTeshuvah 14, 4

Many times when we try to repair our way, the obstacles begin. Sometimes they are connected to us; sometimes we have no way to contend with them. The Rav reminds us that our will is a very strong and immense engine. And whether we seek and strive and act, we become in practice more repaired. Despite the obstacles.
