Hope

„The light of the Messiah, when it shines in the heart, teaches one to honor all creatures.”From Shemonah Kevatzim I, 891

"Messiah" and "redemption" are concepts that have undergone a terrible blackening over the course of the days and the years. In their essence they are an aspiration for a repaired and better world, one that does good to its creatures and its surroundings. A world that advances from darkness to light, and from distresses and burdens and wars to serenity and hope and peace. When the light of the Messiah shines upon us, we want things to be better, we improve ourselves, and we look with a good eye upon our fellow creatures.
