Small Sins

„One must hasten to repent for every sin, even if it is among the very lightest of matters.”From Orot HaTeshuvah 14:34

We need to be attuned in our hearts and souls to a place of repair. Alongside the essential need to be joyful, it is very important to emphasize this aspect as well, which does not stand in contradiction to it. And repair should accompany us not only in great and drastic matters, but also in "small sins," "transgressions that a person tramples underfoot." The more we succeed in attuning ourselves to being people of repair, the better we will become, and it will naturally be easier for us both in the repair itself and in our ability to cope with falls and stumbles.
