„Elijah sits every Saturday night, at the conclusion of the holy Shabbat, beneath the Tree of Life, and writes the merits of Israel. Therefore it is fitting for everyone who has a connection of yearning for the secrets of the Torah - which is the quality of the revelation of Elijah at some level - that every Saturday night he too do as Elijah does, and occupy himself with the merits of Israel.”From Olat Re'iyah
