„Expanses, expanses, expanses of God my soul has desired. Do not confi…”
„Expanses, expanses, expanses of God my soul has desired. Do not confine me in any cage, neither physical nor spiritual. My soul soars in the expanses of the heavens; the walls of the heart cannot contain it, nor the walls of deed, of ethics, of logic, or of etiquette - above all these it soars and flies, above all that is called by any name, higher than every delight, than every pleasantness and beauty, higher than all that is exalted and noble.”From 'Shirat HaRav,' Sinai 17, 1945
To this call of the Rav, which is so simple and direct and so true, there are many interpretations. Some of them are precise, and others are ones that came to distort it, or ones that came to turn it into something anarchistic.
Chanan Ben Ari brought his own interpretation of this passage, and it is both precise and amazing.
