„When the soul shines, even fog-cloaked skies give off a pleasant light.”From Meged Yerachim, month of Marcheshvan

How much meaning this sentence takes on in war. We need the shining soul in order to prevail — to give strength, to illuminate the fog from below, and in this way to give strength to the good, so that it may prevail and uproot the evil. This is hard. Terrible and dreadful. But we, the living, must continue. And when our soul continues to shine, the darkness is extinguished.
