Balances

„The material tranquility that will come to part of the nation, who will imagine that they have already reached their entire goal, will diminish the soul... and accordingly the spirit will descend and sink, until a storm comes and overturns everything, and it will then be seen plainly that the strength of Israel is in the eternal holiness.”

Our world is buffeted between its different forces. And sometimes there is a feeling on the various sides that it is good for them alone, without the forces opposite to their own. Thus the spirit rejects matter and matter rejects the spirit in turn. This lack of balance will not hold, and what is not understood from logic will be understood from reality, which requires the balances among all the forces that drive the world.
