„In all situations, one must find the good will within a person, and if its light has dimmed, kindle it with Torah and prayer.”From Middot HaRe'iyah, Ratzon

The engine of our life is the will. It is what causes us to get up in the morning, to open our eyes, to begin the day — or not. And when we feel devoid of will and desire, we must pray for it. To ask that we return to being vital and connected to ourselves and to our lives. To set this as a goal. And alongside the prayer and the request, to learn the way in which we can return to life and to do so in the best way.
