„A person stands and wonders what need there is for all the multitude…”

„A person stands and wonders what need there is for all the multitude of the varied and numerous deeds and creatures, and he does not understand how it is all one great whole.”From Shemonah Kevatzim III, 23

A moment after elections, it is important that we remember that we are all one living human fabric. We sense this when, God forbid, a disaster occurs, but in moments of dispute, hatred can so confuse us and cause us to forget the existential bond that exists among us. And every single letter of the great Israelite scroll of Torah, and every single soul of each one of us, has an essence, an importance, and a unique light. And all of us together connect into one great whole with great power.
