„Many times a person does not find contentment from themselves, and is…”

„Many times a person does not find contentment from themselves, and is full of demands upon their own soul. And the cause of this is nothing other than that they need to give birth to a new general idea that will raise the value of their general awareness, and their morality as a whole, to a level higher and more exalted than that on which they stand.”From Pinkas Rishon LeYafo, 9

Sometimes we grow weary. We feel a desire for more. What satisfied us a while ago no longer constitutes satisfaction for us. This moment, which is unbearably hard, is a sign of the longed-for ascent about to arrive. In such a state, in which cosmetic repairs and added doses of courage no longer suffice, we must find new paths — to pass to a stage that will build for us a new story in the soul. This immense difficulty is the sign of redemption.
