„When heavenly matters are revealed with complete clarity, they cause earthly and social matters to settle more firmly in the heart, except that they become elevated and refined.”From Shemonah Kevatzim, VI, 137

When a person is truly connected to his Creator, and deeply understands matters "at the summit of the world," he is also connected to the earth, to the people upon it, and to all of creation. The Rav's innovation is that a person can create the connection between heaven and earth even from his heavenly, lofty place (and even if he was not there before, through his true connection to Torah he can reach it).
