„Prayer elevates the will, and raises it to the heights of its source.”

„Prayer elevates the will, and raises it to the heights of its source.”From Shemonah Kevatzim, V, 229

When a person prays and asks that something happen in the world, he focuses his will and his strength upon that matter, and this act makes an impression and moves the world in a better direction.

Indeed, not every prayer is accepted, and at times we pray with all our heart and things do not happen as we ask. But a person's prayer, any prayer, performs some effect, and when it is good it changes reality and the person for the better.

A pleasant day to all!
