„The divine thoughts do not grow old. In each and every generation they clothe themselves in all the new hues that the generation is able to paint, and in all their changes they give new life, and they elevate the general life, and the private life is elevated along with them.”From Machshavot MiKtav Yad Kodsho II, 5, 32

The Torah is relevant. Always. The commands found in the Torah of Israel concerning morality, concerning caring for the orphan and the widow, alongside commands concerning keeping Shabbat and keeping modesty, give us a value-based, moral, and unique daily order that enables us to preserve sanity, family life, and order in a crazy world.

As part of the matter, the Torah was given to human beings, and authority was given to the sages to interpret the words of the Torah. To give changes and new life in each and every generation to the eternal words of the Torah, without distorting or altering them.
