Jerusalem Day

This evening "Jerusalem Day" begins - the day on which our people succeeded in defeating the nations that raised a hand against the holy city and tried to destroy it once more. The day on which we returned to the expanses of greater Israel and strengthened our existential grip on the land of our fathers. In the current war, it is already clear that we are fighting over Jerusalem. In every home in Gaza, Jerusalem is displayed. This war is an existential war of faith - over our grip and our right, over our lives and our land. And they are intertwined. And this day, "Jerusalem Day," celebrated this evening and tomorrow, emphasizes the fact that the time has come to complete our victory. To truly build Jerusalem, for that is what we are fighting for!
