To Stop and Digest

„The weariness that one sometimes feels...”From Shemonah Kevatzim III:295

The new world in which we live moves from one thing to the next without pause, without breathing. And thus the flood of information, the technological capabilities, and the immense quantities of endless verbiage in the air create weariness and fatigue. In a world so complex, which holds immense advantages, we must stop and digest. And this digestion will succeed in receiving both the advantages of the abundance, and the wisdom of the past, and the capacity for contemplation and enjoyment of the journey.
