An Eternal Perspective

How does one survive such difficult periods? What does one answer? Rav Kook looked at the world and derived his insights from the eternal perspective of the Torah. That which sees not only the here and now, but sees a whole story, and understands a whole story. When we understand that we are part of an eternal people, and of something immense, we receive hope. In the face of personal crises, and the terrible breaking of a period, the ability to look with eyes of eternity gives hope and life.
