To Clarify and to Connect

„Every thought that a person acquires through clarification enlivens and encourages him, while every impression of a thought that has not been clarified depresses the spirit.”From Shemonah Kevatzim II, 175

Clarification, the labor and depth of study, is required in order to do a thing completely. When we are connected to something, our ability to fulfill and to do it is high; and when we are disconnected from it, depression and incompleteness enter our doing. There is enormous importance to the stage of study and clarification in everything we do, and this has an influence on all our functioning.
