Love of Israel

„In every faction and in every movement there are surely things with which I cannot agree, but this cannot cause my love, full of the blazing flame within me for our holy people and for all its particulars, to be diminished even by a hair's breadth; and it stands within me in equal measure toward those who honor me and those who scorn me. As we stand facing the enemy, let us remember that, with all the internal disputes and disagreements among us, our love proves itself anew each time in the hours of challenge. And the love of this people, which is bound to its Land and its heritage, each one in his own way, is a love without bounds and without limit.
