28 June 2017 · A sentence from the teachings of Rav Kook

„The creative soul dwells in the source of the light of the Torah. It…”

„The creative soul dwells in the source of the light of the Torah. It is forbidden to delay its course, full of joy and holy delight, because of any grievance or hindrance in the world. The entire world is not worth as much as a single moment of supernal creation from the source of holiness.”From Shemonah Kevatzim, IV, 29

The place of true creation is very high; when a person creates, he connects to very deep places in his soul.

The Rav calls creation a stream of life, a birth, a new life. A person must be connected to his powers and, through them, create the gift that the Holy One gave him - to create.
