Certainty
„The light of the Mashiach will establish the certainty of the absolute good in existence in general, and the earth will be filled with light and joy, which pour down from the highest heavens continually. And then will come the recognition that it is good to thank God for the bad as for the good.”From Orot HaTechiyah 49
What is the most calming thing in the world? Certainty. And in fact the greatest difficulty in our world is uncertainty — the question marks that accompany us and the not-knowing that can drive us out of our minds. The Mashiach gives certainty. Someone who cares and takes hold of the situation. Who knows what he is doing and how he leads a whole humanity to a correct place. The Mashiach is also a time in which we let go, and the way to advance the Mashiach is the days in which we understand that true certainty will be given to us when we truly rely on the one who is worthy of it.
