4 November 2012 · A sentence from the teachings of Rav Kook

„for success. ***”

„for success. ***”

Simplicity (temimut) is the plainness that allows a person to be happy with his portion; integrity (yosher) is the ability to speak truth and stand behind it; precise humility (in my humble opinion) is the ability to set myself challenges suited to me and to know my worth.

When one works on and attains these qualities, the aspiration of life does not become something oppressive and bitter, but rather an uplifting of spirit and a challenge that fills one with strength anew at every moment.

Have a pleasant rest of the day!

For the recovery of Rabbi Noach ben Sara.
