„There is no song in the world in which the holiness of faith does not…”
„There is no song in the world in which the holiness of faith does not shine its rays of light. And when holiness is revealed in the spirit of song in its pure and full form, then it is truly a holy song, which only the princes of holiness and the princes of God can sing.”From Shemonah Kevatzim 8:179
Song has a mighty power that draws from holiness. The heart feels the song; the heart sings.
Even when the song does not draw from holiness, there is in it a mighty power — the power in music, the power in the opening of the heart.
When the song is truly whole and pure, then it is a holy song that fills people.
Shabbat Shalom!
The wonderful song of Udi Davidi and Shlomi Shabat in honor of the holy Sabbath.
