„One does not feel the beauty of the world, when...”From Shemonah Kevatzim, VIII, 55
There are people whom it is a delight to show things to, because they know how to be moved, how to be enthused. In Rav Kook's words there is an additional explanation for why it is such a delight to share beautiful sights with such people: the beauty they see is the beauty that is within them; they succeed in taking in the wonders of the world because their soul is beautiful and wondrous. And the more beautiful a person is in his inner self, the more he succeeds in discovering the beauty of the world.
