„...he too will act as Elijah acted, and will occupy himself with the…”

„...he too will act as Elijah acted, and will occupy himself with the merits of Israel, and will recognize, with intellectual recognition and clear, lucid apprehension, the holiness of Israel and the preciousness of its exaltedness, and will cleave himself to the totality of the holy people, the people of God and the treasure of His inheritance, for there is no end or limit to the appearance of the holy light of each and every individual among them, for even the empty ones of Israel - the whole world is founded upon them (Olat Re'iyah)”

The conclusion of the holy Shabbat is the time when Elijah the Prophet performs his repair, and, as one who had been a prosecutor of the people of Israel, he becomes a defender and speaks well of them.

How good it would be if we cleave to the traits of Elijah and all of us try to reveal the good in others, judging others favorably; and, God willing, if we learn to look in such a way, we will truly be able to turn the world into a better place.

A good week to all!
