Choosing Life
„One clear idea from within the divine thought has power enough to overturn all the arrays of the soul from a state of chaos and weakness to a state of perfection and full strength, from the ways of death to the ways of life.”From Notebook 5, 30
The human soul is a machine dependent on thought. When we manage to think well, we can improve our condition even in challenging times. An essential part of the conception of a Torah of life is the ability to live in our world in the best possible way. And so, when we are connected to great and deep ideas, we can change our psychic state from a state of death to a state of life. Connect to the good, think well, and things will be better! And these matters hold true broadly and deeply also for our national and collective condition.
