A Good and Sweet Year

„As we stand at the threshold of the new year coming upon us and upon all Israel for good, in a state of hope and encouragement, in contrast to all the depression that has passed over us in this year that stands to pass from before our faces, and from the depths of the heart we say of them: 'let the year and its curses end, and let the year and its blessings begin.'”From Masa HaMachanot

On the eve of a new year, let us wish for all of us that the coming year for good be a year of unity, of joy, of the return of the captives, of the defeat of the enemies around us, and the restoration of our glory. A year of redemption and salvation. A good and sweet year!
