The Small Details

„Just as we are filled with wonder at the greatness of the luminaries... so too are we filled with wonder when we gaze into the depth of creation in its smallness.”From Orot HaTorah 3:8

There is immense importance to details. We know how to be moved by extreme things - to see a departure from the orders of the world as a miracle, to be impressed by all that is radiant, immense, and mighty. But there is a mighty power in the small details, in the day-to-day, in "creation in its smallness." And we must know how to see the greatness of the small details, and to understand their critical power for everyday life.
